Rain today. It was already raining when we got up. Daylight savings time change occurred last night and we didn’t even realize it was coming up. Roger discovered it when he got up at around 7:00 according to the clock hanging in the living room and the cell phone told him it was already 8:00. For Roger, Sunday is a good day for it to rain. There is no chess on Sunday, so the rain does not interfere with chess.
As Roger went to lock up this evening, he realized that there was no locking-up to be done because we did not even leave the apartment today!
I painted again this afternoon. This one is a 3-4 hour painting. It turned out quite well except for a gray blob in the front that is supposed to be a shadow, but which did not quite get there. I will probably try to fix it when I have my paints out this afternoon.
