This house is across the street from us. A few weeks ago there was a renovation of the front of it which consisted primarily of a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. There was also something done to the flat portion of the roof behind the tiles, but we couldn't see what it was. The tiles themselves were not replaced. It is the freshest-looking house on the block now. There is a set of 9 houses across the street which were probably identical when they were built. Most retain this look for the most part. One is in serious need of renovation, and one no longer has the little round window above the door, but has a larger window instead.
