Finally, finally, I got out of the apartment today! I feel so much better. We went down to the Comédie to see what is going on. All the little huts are filled with vendors selling Christmas items in the Christmas Market.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! All the shops are dressed for the holidays. The city has strung lights and hung giant blue balls across the streets, making everything very festive.
The Comédie is dressed in blue and silver, from the opera house on one end to the giant aluminum Christmas tree on the other end, and from there all up along the Esplanade Charles de Gaulle.
